Polenta and sausage finger food

E 'all started by accident!
Earlier this month, here there was the Festival of Sautéed Custoza, product of my native village.
In this festival the broccoli is served with boiled eggs and sausages cooked on the griddle.

you put the salami in a bowl of pasta, you add an egg, a little 'bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and cubes of cheese inside a Monte Veronese (or whatever you want). Breaded in flour and fried polenta. Good

participate to Norma Carpignano, aimed to free the Pig!
