I dedicated this week to arrange sth ailment !
A series of contractions (rear thigh, buttock, lower back, shoulder) on the right side all have to think about my masseuse .... or the right I had not noticed! ... during the first massage and so we did a general check-up and perhaps we may have found the cause: the in Cavaglia right, only a tangle!
So on Tuesday afternoon (second session) tortured me .. Executioner bad, even more than when I had broken my ankle, verdict: Fixed , but enforced rest! and I'll keep it wrapped until Sunday ....
MONDAY: regenerating CL 8.6 km in 6'30''
TUESDAY: 6km walk quickly
THURSDAY: 1h gymnastics
Sunday: walk in the mountains 20.5 km +860 m D 4h 50 '
NOTE:
Fatigue LL post is coming across, I'm really tired from yesterday, even at rest feel that the heart beats wildly!! I would concede, as suggested on a specific article for the preparation of the ETP, a pennica of 10min all day, but having only 50 min in your lunch break I can not! Tomorrow we wanted (I & Sophie) snoring till noon, and instead she started training, then the alarm will sound at 8:30, Sunday I'm planning a hike in 'low' with the mountain member (she is is approaching the great event with the long-distance) and then ... up early again! .... officially official ... ...
Meanwhile, I ended February with 155km in the legs ... mizzega to me very much, especially considering that we are early in the season, I know, I have to get used to, because even if I want to extend the distances, the more miles I do, casserole but I would like a dose of more energy! ;-)
