week approaching ......

Late afternoon departure for Vigezzo, tomorrow's race of the Tiny Giant, then return home and so the x LL40 preparations on Sunday that, alas, it will run easily under the water - ( .....

Today I have two outputs on the assets of race (10km + 14km) and two fast walking (6 km each) .... if I conclude in the LL program ... this week will surprise you with special effects. The cases are two:

1) or my advisor cazzierà me because I have too much ... ;-(

2) or will be satisfied with this ultra turf ... ;-)

this week only regret the loss of a great-grandfather of Sophie, a few

months from completion of the 100th year

and whose funeral I will not be there .......
