Oh yes, this week went well beyond my usual fees .... I scored well ... listen, listen. ... 76.40 km!
Everything went smoothly until the LL, then I suffered a lot, but there was ....
things first:
MONDAY: 1h gymnastics
TUESDAY: 6km walk fast + massage and right tibial buttocks
WEDNESDAY: CL 10.78 km in 6'12''
THURSDAY: PRG 14km in 1h 22 '06''structured as follows:
(1 km of heating. 6km at 6'03''+ + 3.5 km 5'48''5'20''+ 2.5 km + 1km Defat)
FRIDAY: 6km walk quickly
Sunday: hilly LL39, 62 km in 4 hours 48 D +660 mt.
KM WEEKLY TOTAL: 76.40 km
NOTE:
CL10, 78km ---> (Nexus4) legs as hard as wood and also still sore .... I suffered the after effects of the massage!
PRG 14km ---> (Nexus4) G Ambe more loose, small intestinal problem that forced me to stop and to return home prematurely shortening of the around 1km .... SATISFIED!
LL39, 62 ---> (Nexus4) M etter post ... I have to write! ;-)
